In Buenos Aires there are smoking sectors at bars, cafes and restaurants. Spain begins 2011 putting into effect a 2006 anti smoking law in public places. Owners know this will hurt business and the cafe culture.
Reading this article while puffing away at what is one of the cigarettes from my LAST cigarette pack (of 10), I think I will take this as a sign and release myself from my 2 year smoking haze.
